House rules

  • Check-in: starting with 2PM until 8 PM

  • Check-out: before 9AM

  • Late check-ins are charged with 50 euros upon arrival

  • To secure a booking we ask a 30% advance payment; the remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival

  • Cancellation policy:

    • up to 90 days prior 100% refund

    • up to 30 days prior 50% refund

    • up to 14 days prior no refund will be issued

  • Some pets are welcome (please ask before booking)

  • Parties and loud music are not allowed

  • Please dispose of your garbage as indicated on the bins

  • Please respect the siesta time from 2PM to 4:30PM

  • Please keep quiet after 11PM and do not disturb the other guests

  • The owner has no liability whatsoever for accidents caused by the guests

  • The owner has unlimited access to the villa 24/7

  • We are happy to help arrange tours, transfers, excursions, etc. Don’t hesitate to ask!
